Managers control what available time slots are available

  • Managers can control what open times the office is available for each day of the week.
  • Appointments can not be requested by a client for times outside of the range from start time to end time.
  • Managers can control what hours are considered available for appointments.
  • Managers can control what days the office is closed for holidays.

Clients to view available time slots calculated by configuration and actual schedule data

  • Clients can only request appointments 72 hours from the current time.
  • Clients are only shown the first 3 time slots available.
  • Time slots are on hourly increments
  • Time slots are not shown if an appointment exists within that hour
  • Time slots are not shown available if not configured available per what the manager configured.
  • Time slots are not shown if a time slot was requested by someone else.

Managers can see all requested appointment times

  • Managers can view all requested appointment times in dashboard
  • Managers can see the referral source of how the client was directed to the request page.
  • Managers can click email to send the client an email.

Email to client and manager of requested appointment times

  • A separate email is sent to the client as a receipt of their requested appointment.
  • A separate email is sent to the manager to notify them that there is a requested appointment.
